Don"t Suffer Through Pain

This week, we decided to chat with Mia Neuse, L.Ac., a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist who operates in the Montavillla area near the foundation of Mt. Tabor. Neuse is a graduate of a long time member of the East Portland Chamber of Commerce as well as the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.

Relaxing Techniques - Read a great book or re read a favorite, see an old favorite movie or a great film, listen to music or some uplifting music that permits you to relax and actually fall asleep to. The appropriate beat in the music could be very relaxing, meditative and soothing and positive emotions which can result in faster healing.

Back in Chicago, Miguel wasn"t doing much better. Miguel could finally sit and feed himself. Yet, he couldn"t walk nor could he move himself from a sitting position into a wheelchair. Just his nurse could actually help him get around until he was in his wheelchair.

It"s been six months since my last chiropractic visit. Although I admittedly do not do this whole routine every day of the week, I have been very happy with how little form I"ve felt in my back since comprising a regular routine of stretching and strengthening my back muscles no less than three days a week.
