There isn"t a single Chiropreneur that does not have weaknesses and strengths. It"s the character of an individual. We actually stink at other things and all are not bad at some things.
Referrals - As they say, if it isn"t documented, it didn"t occur. Sure you might have referred your patient to receive massage therapy, but where"s it in the SOAP note? You better be able to monitor a referral someplace if you are trying to get that massage visit paid. Insurance company denying the necessity of your attention? Where"s your documentation regarding your patient"s visit to the Orthopedic Surgeon whose recommendation was to continue with chiropractic attention? You should be documenting all referrals to and from your clinic. An auditor who finds none and looks through your notes doesn"t conclude that you don"t ever refer. He believes that he has found a chiropractor who looks to see what other errors he can find and fails to document thoroughly.
My wife (who hasn"t smoked) needed me to cease smoking. From time to time she would remind me that "kissing you is like licking the bottom of an ashtray". Ouch! Needless to say, that statement is absolutely accurate and there is truly no great response to it. But, as strong as that statement may be, it did not provide enough help for my own support staff to cease smoking.
I do expect you get the chance to experience what I"ve from the practice. A heavy sense of well being and peace and the health of my body are some of what I have got.
As you create a service or an item, think about what other products or services could be offered to complement and augment it. What else do customers or your clients desire? What other services can you give your clients to create additional streams of income for your business? These services and merchandises aren"t Chiropractic services but they are something and related to health that chiropractic patients might be interested in.

Localized dull back pain. You may have low grade dull back pain for some time but then something happens, such as you sneeze or bend over to pick up your kid"s toy as well as the pain suddenly gets worse.
There is a time and area for chiropractic marketing online via social networking. It simply must be way more subtle that what I have been discussing here. Look, all of us want new patients but it is significant to remember that you need to create value to construct trust. Bearing this in your mind when thinking of advertising chiropractic will save you from looking like a spammer.
